Twirly Tumblelina is the little sister of Tippy Tumblelina. She is born on March 7th, National Tutu Day. She is sewn from a ballerina's dress and has a pet rubber duck.
Personality[]
Twirly loves to dance with her sister and spin around really fast. She makes up her own dance moves and loves classical music.
Appearance[]
Twirly has pale skin, pink cheeks, black eyes. She has two pink stars, one by each eye. Her hair is pink in two small pig tails on top of her hair, bangs with a small part. She wears a tutu with three layers, red bows, orange frills, pink puffy sleeves, and yellow shoes with pink bows.
Pet[]
Twirly's pet is a solid yellow rubber duck with an orange beak, no blushes.

Twirly lives in a ballet studio where she preforms shows for her friends.
